Capture leads and requests with web forms
Work in progress
This guide is an outline — the Zynka team is completing it. The structure below shows what it will cover.
What this does
Web forms are public forms you share by link or embed on your website — customers submit an enquiry or service request, and it lands directly in your Zynka CRM as a lead or ticket. No login is needed to submit. Acme embeds a "Book a service visit" form on acmefield.example.
Who can do this
Company Admin or users with CRM settings access.
Before you begin
- Know which fields you need from the customer (keep it short — every extra field lowers submissions)
- Access to your website if you plan to embed the form
Steps
